    5 pounds is actually about 7.50 dollars Canadian so I wouldn't book any flights just yet. Also cost of living is pretty high here, and we probably have the most expensive cell phone plans on the planet, and booze is taxed by 40% from the government so that's expensive as f*** too.

    BoGster where's your sense of Humor? it was at least $15 before Brexit! and you want to talk about expensive? trust me the UK wins hands down! 4 Billion Dollars for a 350 sq ft apartment in London at least

    Lol no one likes Trudeau, that includes most Canadians. What was 15 dollars? The exchange rate? I don't think it was ever above 3 to 1.

    We get buggered on tobacco products, alcohol and petrol and our standard VAT rate is 20% so it's not especially good here either. At least kebabs are cheap.
