I've been clicking on your stupid "Start Chat" button on the support portal for the past 20 minutes, just so that I could get help with this SAME EXACT problem, and guess what??? The damn website keeps trying to force-feed me the absolutely unhelpful support FAQ on 2-step verification recovery codes!!! I don't even HAVE the recovery codes, and yet your website REFUSES to allow me to start a chat with any support staff at 6:50PM, CDT (Chicago, IL, USA). I need help with recovering my account, the support.ubi.com website makes it out to be easy to contact support staff, but it turns out that you guys apparently don't like to make things easy for your customers.
IF, by some chance, you can help me with recovering my account, seeing as how I have lost all the recovery codes to my 2-step verification, and therefore have no way to log into my account right now, I would VERY MUCH appreciate it if you, or another support staff, would please respond to this post, and help me with regaining access to my account.
I apologize for the rant, but I am quite frankly beyond frustrated with this support website of Ubisoft's. I don't mean to be rude, but I am at my wit's end with it. Please help me out if it's at all possible.
