After my game recently changed itself to Russian. I followed the read me notes and uninstalled my game then reinstalled it in English. after doing so my recent saves had gone missing but my old saves where still in the game. I have lost about 24 hours of game play which you can imagine is very frustrating. What is strange tho is on my uplay account and ubisoft account all my stats are upto date. Does anyone know if i will be able to retrieve my saves? this is on Windows PC through Origins. Thank you in advance.

Hey guys, I'm sorry that you lost your saves. One thing to note is that if the language randomly changes, this can be a sign of a compromised account. I recommend reaching out to support if this is the case for you. This FAQ may help you retrieve the saves you lost, if you use local saves.

i do any thing and i see only save that i click new game in 2nd pc
this save that i play 35hr in 1st pc gone
at this time i dont want play assassin anymore
this so ****ing save system

Ma'am or Sir, I tried to reach out to Ubisoft support after this happened to me and I got ZERO response! I also tried to use Ubisofts 2 step verification process to secure my account, IT DOESN'T WORK!
