Yea. God forbids running two games or more, right? I have quite many choices to buy this end of the year (maybe not that many by gamer's standard who buy games every week; and no it's not RDR2), but why would I not insert the game back to check the freshly downloaded the probably-18GB-of-major-update featuring 3-part mission and lots of locked paywall items? It's not like I have to do 6 months ritual with fresh bovine blood offering every day in order to run the game.
Besides, there have been 2 major updates which the content isn't really that major for the scale of the initial game. Why do you still expect something big and wow-ish at this point? It's clear they are only doing this for those who still stay around and support. Not exactly looking for wow content.
Having only 4 months experience with the game, as a solo player, there's still plenty of the game world to checkout.
So as long as there's no major core game issues when they next rollout a TU, I'm fine.
It doesn't matter to me what's in the store in any event, unless they were to make that UNIDAD Conspiracy pre-sale mini-DLC available at a reasonable price.
Bear in mind that folks like me are speaking from a perspective where we've been playing the game for many more months since release. Some of us were also soured when GW finally came out just to find that it was a departure from the core gameplay. If I were in your shoes, I'd likely still find value in GRW too. ....as long as long as I had regular co-op friends to play with like I did back when I was playing GRW almost daily.Originally Posted by MikeWeeks Go to original post
