I'm stuck in Atlantis as well now....WTF is going on. All fast travels are greyed out.

I am also stuck in the Atlantis cave, with no option to fast travel anywhere available; just like you said there is no recent save file in which the bug is not present so it would still be game-breaking.
Any updates on when this will be getting patched? It's been over a week, & I have lost any and all motivation to pick the game back up... RIP level 31 Alexios.

i think the game has some mission bug that ot says you are still on a mission somehow and it blockes your fast travel

Yeah, I noticed my fast travel in mykanos, thought nothing of it, the got trapped in atlantis temple. I think for some reason the fast travel feels I am still in some sort of conflict.

My fast travel has also broken but it was just after leaving Atlantis ,so have been just sailing around from place to place that clearly takes for ever So i reported it like 4 days ago but still no patch ?

It appears there are 2 places that can bug your fast travel.

For these who encountered this issue during the quest "A night to remember" on the island of Mykonos, there are 2 quest beacons but one is not on the map.
The quest was no longer in my quest log but still, going to the right location, I got a cinematic which restored my fast travel.

ok in worked but i cant end the quest barnabas is bugged the whole mission is just a mess
