    Steel bought not in the game ,+ potentialy not able the buy marching fire cause of it

    Months ago , i simply bought steel for 20 euros , but when i came back to the game , a ''Processing'' message appeared on my screen , i was waiting for it to end and tell me that i got my steel properly , but this time , nothing happened , the processing message appeared but after few seconds , when it stopped showing up , the steel wasn't there , and since this day , every time i launch my game , on the main menu there is this processing message again and again , i can play , but i can't buy anything anymore and i always have to wait few seconds each time i launch the game for the processing message to go away , it still appears until now so i guess if i buy steel i will still get ''scammed'' , so i'm scared of buying anything and especially marching fire , i'm just blocked basically , i really need help.

    If you speak with the Support Team through the site here, they should be able to help you get the Steel that you didn't get.

    They should also be able to look into this larger issue for you.

    i did talk with the support back in mai , but since july ,they stopped responding to my messages and they don't even tell when it's gonna be fixed , i sent them msinfo and dxdiag , but since they told me that they are working on this , nothing happened , it's been few months that i don't know what's happening , i know they need time to fix problems but if 4 months isn't enough... well , the fact that i can't buy steel anymore isn't a problem , i just got used to it now , but the principal information ai want to know about is if yes or no i can buy marching fire without losing my money , i feel like i would be able to buy it since it's an expasion and not just virtual money that is added to the account ,but the risk is still there so i prefer to ask people's opinion , can you tell me?

    Just to confirm, you did get the money back for the Steel you didn't get before? As that shouldn't be something you needed to wait for. Do you have a case ID?

    You shouldn't get an issue purchasing Marching Fire, I've not seen other reports of problems.

    I didn't get refund for this purchase , the support tried to add the steel i didn't get on my account instead of giving me back my money , wich is what i wanted , expect the part where like i told you , they don't respond anymore , like if the problem has been resolved wich is not the case , it's been a lot of months since i bought the steel i didn't get so at this point , i don't especially want my 20 euros back , all i want for now is to know if i would be able to buy marching fire properly , i just hope this ''processing'' message that shows up every time i launch the game won't stop the marching fire purchase to be added to the game , i don't think this will happen but it can , so thank you for confirming that there should be no issue with marching fire , i will go back to this forum and contact the support again if i still have trouble once marching fire is launched , until then , goodbye and thank you for the informations.

    i have a big problem andi need help
    I bought marching fire days ago , and fater this , when i try to buy it again ''just to see what shwos up'' it says ''You've already bought this product.Please check in game to get it'' . So i thought everything was fine , i just finished to download marching fire , i open up for honor , and it says the same message , but i don't have to characters or the arcade mode , i'm going crazy , i bought it , it still says that it's fine there's no error but i just don't get the arcade mode or the heroes in the game , i'm sure this processing message blocks any buyable content , I really need assistance
