[PC]Pre-Purchased Marching Fire but not showing up | Forums

I preordered the marching fire expansion pass from the Uplay store with a paysafecard and It doesnt show up. Money has been taken out of my account , thats for sure but I cant find it anywhere. It doesnt show up on my OWNED list on steam or uplay.

Will it be available when it launches or have I been scammed ?
