Bought season pass, got only 1 of the 3 emblem outlines | Forums

I purchased the season pass to get the 6 locked hero’s and upon inspecting what I got I saw that I only received 1 of the 3 locked emblem outlines. Can someone direct me to a Ubisoft rep that I can speak to about it?
