All of my dlc characters are locked for some reason (Gladiator, Aramusha, etc.) and it says i either have to pay 10,000 steel to unlock them or get the year one bundle. I already own the year one bundle and these characters are still locked? Can this get fixed so i can actually use the content i paid for?

I pre orderd the expansion but i cant se it anywhere. It just says get the expansion

It's already almost 3 hours past when the maint was supposed to end yet i still can't connect to the servers. are they still down for everyone? or is it just my end
