Yep, I've not got mine either.

Alien's implication seems to be that it should happen automatically for past vanilla tier 1 achievement. but that certainly hasn't happened for me.

Yeah for some it popped up after the patch, have you contacted support Ami? They might be able to push it from their side somehow?

Still recovering from my last exchange with support. I had hoped this would be automatically sorted for everyone in the hotfix, it's a bit of a burden on everyone to fix systemic issues on a user by user basis. I kinda feel that isn't what support is for, I guess?

I'll give it a little more time---since it seems to be an issue that wasn't fixed in the hotfix for many people, so maybe there will be an announcement about it---and then maybe try support as a last resort. I don't have screenshots or video or anything, and from what others here have said it sounds like an uphill battle to convince support to pay up. ((((
