Robbed of PvP packs | Forums

If you play challenge mode and you happen to destroy 5 phones for a PvP pack after the match it will take you to butters' shop and then back to challenge screen, well if you tap " open pack" before you go back to challenge screen YOU WILL GET ROBBED OF YOUR PVP PACK!! It happend to me twice! So please fix thank you

bro i have a thread for this same thing and they kind of just ignored me after they had no solution its happened twice now and I never seen either cards/materials for each pack in my inventory. that doesnt make them money and the developers dont want to give us the wrong answers, hence lost pvp packs that will never surface nor a solution.
