This is a prime example of how a 4th tier feat should operate, Catapult is problematic, not this.

Lots of Feats are going to be nerfed. In terms of duration and coodown for things like Kensei 4th or sharpen blade, debuff zone etc and in terms of dmg and activation time for Catapult, Spears etc
