So microtransactions aren't enough - you have to STEAL from people?

Edit: Ok - I may have been a bit harsh with the title, but I'm pretty pi***d off about losing a large amount (4000 cr) of in-game credits that I can't afford to just toss away. I also noticed after looking at the known issues thread that this has happened to other people. Please fix this.

I picked up $35 worth of credits earlier tonight. Intending to use them to buy a couple of the weapon packs because I really wanted them. I bought the predator pack, played with it, everything is great. Lovely.

Then I attempted to buy ONE battle-crate, so I would have enough left over for the weapon pack with the LVOAC in it because I really wanted to use that gun. And the game purchases 11 battlecrates when I select one. So now I was just robbed of about $15 worth of in-game credits. Due to a ****ty store page.

Ubisoft, I would like my credits back, please. I will attach a link of the whole ordeal below. This kind of **** should not be tolerated, not when these are VERY transactions, and you are spending quite a bit of money to get ahold of some of the more unique weapons this game has to offer. I will also be subimitting a support ticket for this problem.

I've looked at the video, and it certainly looked like you were over the option to purchase one Spec-ops crate rather than 10 when you hit the middle mouse button. The pop up said that you would be spending 4000 credits which is the cost of 10 crates, so I am happy that there isn't a bug where it says you are spending 400 credits but then takes 4000 though I understand it is easy to not notice the price on that screen when moving quickly. Please note that I cannot personally make any changes to your in-game credits, and you are correct to reach out with a support ticket. I'm sorry you had this issue, and I'll have it looked into.

Yes, I realize that, but when I was selecting the crates I was clicking on the single crate option. Not all 10. You can clearly see my mouse cursor over top of the single crate button. However you are right, I was reading through it pretty quickly, you can see me reject it the first time when it tries to give me 10 crates, and then select the single crate option again.

The store itself is confusing enough, but something like this is beyond infuriating. What I don't understand is why I ended up with 11 crates, when only purchasing crates once. That leads me to believe that there is an error that somehow attempts to make you buy both the 1x crate, and the 10x crate pack.

I would appreciate any help or attention you can bring to this problem, it's extremely frustrating - and it did cost me money, it's not just a weird gameplay glitch.

I had this issue also, it was before I bought the credits though. I had to close the game and completely close Uplay through task manager. For some reason Uplay's connection to the servers is buggy, and sometimes it won't show friends, or work properly with Ubisoft store.

    Hello The_Devin_G!

I understand your frustration, in this case I have to inform you that all in game purchases are final. We can not issue you a refund on anything that was purchased in the game unfortunately. I apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support.

This kind of approach, in which no solution at all is offered, does not inspire faith in customers like me. In fact, it causes me to not want to purchase any more content for this game?

I do understand the issue at hand here.

However, you dont offer a customer one thing, and then up-charge them for 10x that amount of a product. That kind of activity is highly frowned upon, and any store that would engage in that kind of practice frequently usually wouldn't last long.
