    Game Crash While Swimming Underwater

    Hello,
So I've only been messing around with the game for a little while and I've come across some kind of driver problem. When I'm swimming in underwater the game has a high chance of crashing (I've repeated this a few times). Windows event viewer says: "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." It doesn't crash the system, just the game.

Windows just installed an update maybe an hour ago I don't remember having this issue last night when I was on for a few minutes.

I was able to get around the crash by setting the water detail down to medium (from High). I might mess around with it and see if I can get it working on High again.

I have a new MSI Armor RX 570 8GB (OC Edition). I'm running Adrenaline 18.9.3 (Driver).

    Regards

I just got an RX 570 and I have the same issue witch the game crashing while trying to dive underwater. I tested with the driver 18.9.1 and the lastest one 18.10.1 but same problem.
Also the game is randomly tabing out and freezing or just crashing.
I never got any issue with my radeon 7950 vapor X except low fps in some city.

Hey, I have the exact same graphics card and mine crashes too when diving underwater. Specifically when diving into the cave that's required to complete the side quest "Footsteps of gods". So I just stopped playing for now until they fix it.

    Random crashes

Same, RX 570, crashes as soon as I dive under the water. Had 6-8 random crashes last night while switching between ikarus and Alexios or simply by wandering around. Game either crashes or PC just restarts. I have the latest 18.10.2 gfx update.

kinda glad that im not the only one.

maybe the devs could look into that why the rx 570 has such problems.
i mean performance wise the gpu should be able to handle the game, sure less fps on higher settings maybe but insta crashs or freezes? that shouldnt happen.

    Hi guys,

I've already reported this to the game team to get it looked into. Would you be able to provide us with your system files to assist with investigation?
