What are requirements to run ACO in Google Project Stream?

I was just supposed to buy a tablet today (!) Woxer Zen 10 (hardware specs: https://productz.com/en/woxter-zen-10-tablet) - will it work? If not (it's cheap tablet) then what do you recommend?
