    What is the status of the photo webpage for Odyssey??? Are all of our pictures forever gone?? This is so frustrating, there's mostly spam posts on this page and not one Ubisoft person is even responding anymore, much less looking at the thread and deleting spam. This is maddening...

    Hi everyone.

    I contacted Ubisoft today, same answer as before: they promised to fix the problem ... But when ? Nobody knows.

    As I've said previously in this thread, as long as user photos are continuing to appear on the in-game map in Odyssey, it's guaranteed that they're still being stored somewhere by Ubisoft. Which is part of why the disappearance of the site for Odyssey makes no sense... it means they're maintaining the online photo mode integration for Odyssey only for the "random" map appearances of photos.

    Hello.

    For me it was also a great disappointment the removal of the main site of AC Odyssey Photo Mode. However, as Akira1364 said in the previous post, our precious photos were not deleted and are still stored on the Ubisoft server. It is with pleasure that I share with you a way that I discovered to retrieve all your photos in original quality! And not only your photos but any photo you see in the game including the paintings of the game designer (those photos with blue icon that change once a day). It's a bit of a work but it's worth it. Follow the steps:

    1. Open the folder "C:\Users\NAME OF YOUR WINDOWS USER\Documents\Assassin's Creed Odyssey";

    2. Inside you will find a lot of files. These are all the photos you have already looked inside the game plus your saved games. The saved games normally are on the bottom. The photo files end with "_t.dat" or "_f.dat". T = photo preview. F = original photo. So, the original photos are our goal;

    3. To facilitate my service I deleted all files. It's important that you have on-line sincronization of your saved games so you don't loose them;

    4. Now run AC Odyssey, open the game were you took your photos, and open the map visualization screen;

    5. Open your desired photos one by one and don't forget to enlarge them to full screen visualization. Using the screen filter to view only your photos also facilitates the process;

    6. Once you open all your disered photos in all your maps, you can close the game and return to the folder from the first step;

    7. See that now several new files have been created. Select all that end with "_f.dat" and move to the destination of your preference;

    8. Rename the end of the files from ".dat" to ".jpg";

    9. That's it! Now you have all your precious Assassin's Creed Odyssey moments with you!

    I came back here to grab some of my photos to make a few more Wallpapers and saw that the Gallery is gone -

    Maybe I'll put my Odyssey game back in on Xone & see if my gallery pops up if I take a picture. Maybe I can grab some of them that way??
    I'd really hate to lose some of the images I took. I loved them !

    I hope to hear something about this - at least let us grab our photos.

    Hi! There is a way you can get your photos taken in Odyssey. You just have to edit (or create) a Story in the Story Creator Mode, you put the photo you need in the gallery, and then you download it from the presentation page of your Story. It's a bit complicated, but it works (only for Odyssey of course, not for Origins).

    Do you know what is the history of Assasins Creed?

    The father of Assasins was Hassan Bin Sabah who is the master of assasins, mostly assasins were used to assasinate leaders.
