You guys wanted save files submitted to investigate the bug further...how do I go about doing that? Logged into game first time in a month and I'm still affected by it.
Submit attachments by opening a support ticket on the customer support page. Attached save files need to be zipped.
However at this point in time probably not needed. See:

Hopefully sooner rather then later, there's going to be a patch to fix this long-running bug.
Our hotifix is coming tomorrow.
