    Credits not updating, got charged for them three times.

    Hey.
    I tried to buy some store credits so I could get the Relentless Fighter pack while it was reduced.
    The first two times I tried to pay from my steam wallet, I got an error message saying it hadn't gone through, and no credits appeared on my store page.
    The third time I tried, everything went fine, the final screen confirming I'd paid. Only once gain, no credits appeared.

    After checking both my bank and Steam, it turns out I was charged for all three attempts, when I only wanted to buy one £8.59 pack. Only now, in the time I've been waiting for support to get back to me, the price of the Relentless Fighter pack is about to go back up, so I won't have enough credits to buy it.

    What's going on?

    I'm sorry to hear that this has occurred.

    Generally in cases like this with failed payments, the money is being held by the bank and has not left your account. This hold should end and the money be available again within 5 working days.

    In terms of the support team, if you still haven't heard back it may be worth speak with them through Live Chat or Call as this can provide a quicker resolution.
