Why Doesn't For Honor Have 3v3's?

Ya'know so many Games, Don't have 3v3. It would be amazing if they we're like wanna know what, Lets put some 3v3 action into this game. I mean for honor, Has 1v1, 2v2, 4v4. So Why not add 3v3's? I mean I see nothing wrong with it. You can add a New Map For It and Everything.

I would say it is because there is no meaning to 3v3. It is just further work and would spread player populations thin. You would have to design new maps that are smaller than the one's for 4v4s just to satisfy that. If you haven't noticed: they create one big map for some certain 4v4 mode(s) in mind and then they break those maps down for the other game modes by choosing and isolating different areas for duel or brawl purposes. For 3v3 what would you concentrate on? Where would you cut off current maps? Have like 3/4 of one dominion map and then what? What should you play in this setup? 3v3 seems absolutely pointless.

If you look at the current game modes: In duel you have the mano-a-mano experience, in brawl you have the overlookable team fight experience with one external opponent and one team mate to coordinate with - so you can learn how to sync with a buddy and how to deal with more than one opponent attacking you at the same time.

In 4v4s you have overall objective orientated game modes like breach, dominion and tribute. Elimination however is just a different form of 1v1 with stats and skirmish is a mass-brawl. Skirmish is quite dead since you can have a similar experience like that already in dominion and elimination only lives due to the stream of new players, but it may also die within time onces again.

Now, an interesting idea for a game mode involving 3 people that might be worth a shot would be a 1v1v1 mode (a real faction war scenario so to speak - was suggested on the forums before). There are already some good maps for that that can be used easily too. But as I see it this is more an idea for an event as it would be less interesting with just 3 random people and would die easily as a regular mode with the requirment of having one guy from each different faction to join the lobby (and hence long waiting times)
