My best advice is just to avoid PVP in this game and enjoy the PVE side of it. The cheaters are rampant but besides that, its just not that good. Destiny 2 may of kinda flopped but the PVP in that game is so much better than the Division. Its not even a contest.

I don't know if 1shot over the map snipers and camping because I can see everything on the mini map is better.

cronusmax in the division cannot be stopped because of their server-client relationship and cannot be detected also. That is the fault of the developers and the number one reason they started development on the division 2 two weeks after launch. Other games that are PVP focused don't have this problem because they have had to deal with cheaters and hacked games for years. That doesn't mean they are not on those games but it does mean they are not going crazy like they are on the division.

There are just a lot of people running cheats in the game, and Ubisoft does not seem to care. Me personally I am not sure if I want to buy 2 with the way that they have handle cheaters on 1. Cheaters are running all the legit players out of game.

I don't play on console and you guys might not want to hear this, but Terry himself said they can't do much about cronus max because not even Microsoft and Sony has a problem with it. He said something like "If the third parties don't ban it, then we can't."

Now, that's not his exact quote word for word, but that's what I have pulled from memory.

As I said, sooner or later, we will be forced to to buy it, if we want to have a chance in a PVP game.

No, 3rd parties are already banning players for using them.

Aha. I hope this is true, but the Merphee said above, Microsoft and Ubi had no issue with Cronus. I don't want to spend 80 Euro for this stupid device, on principle.

The publisher has every right to ban Cronus regardless of what Microsoft and Sony do, its their game. The capability is there and as GT said, others have already banned its use. If its allowed its real simple, i wont buy the game. Not on sale, wont play it on a free weekend, nothing.

Its not that they have no issue with it. It is Ubisoft can't detect it on the division. They can't detect really any cheating software, that is how bad they screwed up the netcode.
