The achievement is currently bugged. All other achievements have unlocked fine, i have cleared all the fog from the map as well as completing at least 1 mission or quest inside each sub division but the achievement still hasn't popped.

I'm sat at 99% for regions discovered yet the small few who have unlocked the achievement range from 30% to 95% for regions discovered.

I also thought this was bugged for the LONGEST OF TIME. No matter what I did, I was not able to get the achievement. Turns out, the missing island, for me, was the Kaldera all the way in the lower east. Basically, make sure to step on every small island, not just the big ones.

I've spent the last 3 hours pouring over the map and walking across the tiniest islands with no increase in % according to the uplay stats.

This does need to be addressed as both a design flaw because not only is the only visual element the fog that disappears, but that the achievement description doesn't state "walk across every island".

I appreciate it has popped for you but this does seem like a buggy/glitched achi.

Literally pouring over everything. Wasted the entire Saturday. Seriously. Didn’t do a single quest all day. Just scoured the map in vain trying to find that last spot. 99.53% and it hasn’t moved an inch. Been scrutinizing every little island. What’s off is that it says sub regions, so it can’t be those little islands. I know Kradia wasn’t defogged for me even after running around on it the first time, but... wow nevermind lmao literally as I was writing this I just zoomed into my last one. We’re just dummies. My last one is Angry Caldera of Arges. Can tell ya just by looking at it because it has the small black lining around it. It threw me off because the islands next to it are textured the way of the fogged map so it blended in.

Thanks. Mine has randomly popped today as i made my way to clearing up the rest of the ? I have left to uncover.

I had no onscreen prompt from the game to tell me i had entered a new area so somethings amiss.

This does seem bugged for me as well. I spent most of yesterday fog removing both on land and sea. I've stepped on every little island that I can see and am still not going about 99.53% for regions discovered in Ubisoft Club stats. I'm in the middle of re-doing the whole map again, so unless there is some end game area that shows up on the map beyond what you see at the start, then it certainly does feel bugged.

I have done everything in this game. Every ? Every riddle, every blop, every little island. The ubi club stats page also says 100% and I don’t have the trophy.

For anyone stuck on 99.53% there is a region that was defogged by myself earlier in the game, but l still was stuck at 99.53%, then later on today l was sent to the valley of nymph in the region of PHOKIS, IT WAS HERE ON THE SYNC POINT that finally pooped the trophy for me or whether there was a delay in it unlocking i'm not sure, but that seemed the region that unlocked it for me.
