Alright, so finally, after a millennium, I have assembled this fabled build.
What's so hot about it? almost 8000 Stamina, but it doesn't seem to be this elite shredder that you've always heard the legends tell of. Granted, I have I think 2 items, from way back when I first got pieces of it, where I had rolled one with firearms, and the other with electronics as I was using them with a Ninjabike bag and other stuff to create a multiple 2pc bonus set.
Is it more of a "use this weapon for best effect" build? As I have noticed that Mk.16 and Ak's seem to have the hardest hitting bleed ticks compared to fast firing weapons.
My MP7 that I have is pretty nasty. This build also has ridiculous CC/CD. 60% without Pulse on the mp7, and 37.5% on the Mk.16, with 86% CD on the former, and 120% on the latter.
I noticed that with a Marksman rifle, the bleed amount is insane, but I noticed immediately and much to my dismay that my Devil has a bleed talent, and that talent overrides the Predators Mark bleed, stopping the huge 150k-300k ticks to replace them with a pathetic 2333 bleed.
My wife and I usually play together, so now I may have to switch up her Mirv seekers, or whatever they are called (I forget at the moment), and give her fire seekers instead. Unless bleed stacks between players?
Ok some advice for pvp in paticular, you need to run 9k stamina. Second dont use the mp7, its base damage is low and that effects the bleed damage. High base damage weapons with high crits are you best option. So smgs are best because they have higher crits. The weapons i use are the house with deadly and unforgiving and the aug with deadly, unforgiving and responsive on the free talent. Both weapons have 51% crit chance and 134% crit damage. The aug is better for bleed than the house because i have the free talent resonsive, i also use 10.80 fire rate mag with crit chance and crit damage on the aug, giving the aug over 800 rpm. Consider using the UMP or converted usc. Those smgs have 2k more base damage than the house and you can roll responsive as the free tallent on them. Use the talent shrapnal in your abilities. Run a booster shot for extra dps and disrupter for the immunizers. If youre playing in a team and a player has a pulse you should be able to wreck anybody who isnt in an imunizer, has a medkit or has nomad procs. If a player in your team has a tac pulse build then your bleed crit damage will be crazy and it will be night night for most players on the server.
As mentioned above, you need 9K stamina to get the full bleed. That means, all six pieces have to be rolled on stamina and you need additonally one stamina mod. Above that, CC has a cap of 60% - makes no sense to have more. The MP 7 is not the best choice, use the House as first weapon instead. If you have no House, use MP5 or a SMG with the talents recommended by Gary ( Deadly, Responsive or Unforgiving. As second weapon, I recommend another MP or an AR (LOVAC, M 4 or Urban MDR). Don't forget the talent Shrapnel for your Pred build. Apart from healing box, I use flashbang sticky in PVE and in PVP, shock turret with my Pred.
Sorry forgot to mention the bleed. It does not stack between players. The cluster mines cause minor bleed and the major bleed of the Pred does not work as long as the NPCs are under the effect. That means, your wife should switch to a different skil when you wear your Predator. Especially the bleed of the 9k stamina Pred is much stronger than the one of the seekers - would be a waste to go together.
I personally would never use a semi auto sniper with pred, an MDR, medved or bolt action are so much better. As for the primary weapon, the house, warlord,or even caduceus have great damage potential. As a tip, the last bullet causes the crit so 9 snipes with the last being smg would give you massive bleed crits. Not uncommon to have over a million ticks in PVE that way.
Very impressive.Alright, so finally, after a millennium, I have assembled this fabled build.

If I recall correctly... bleed does not stack but instead replaces (or I guess 'refreshes' the bleed if you're solo). So it would stand to reason that a second source of bleed would override the first one, swapping out the damage ticks.I noticed that with a Marksman rifle, the bleed amount is insane, but I noticed immediately and much to my dismay that my Devil has a bleed talent, and that talent overrides the Predators Mark bleed, stopping the huge 150k-300k ticks to replace them with a pathetic 2333 bleed.

This seems like an exceedingly dangerous talent to me. if you don't mind me asking, how do you mitigate that?
