To clarify you about the visual differences in offers
Mkay so I think you didn't know there were visual differences in offers, even if they are the same offers, so I'm showing you here. This is not an iOS vs Android difference, these differences were caught both in android, the only difference is the account ranking, the one with better visuals (the one with more details and flashiness) is a fairly new account with a low rank, the other one appeared in an older account and it looks the same whether you are in silver shield ranking or legendary. (Bonus bug: if an account is not in silver shield yet and appears in the challenges ladder, the team of that player is not displayed, it's as if the player doesn't belong to any team :P).
Besides this, like I said before, some cheap offer I saw for low ranks can be appealing for higher ranks, like the offer called I'm the law with 400 green cash for 3 $/€. You are welcome :3

Oh, it's so interesting to see them both side by side. The reason for this is because the new versions are gradually being rolled out, to make sure they work on a wide variety of devices. We wouldn't want to release them all at once and crash something!
