Cards not given from guaranteed card pack purchase. | Forums

I made an in game purchase of the target practice pack promotion that says I am guaranteed to get 10 visitor cards. I did not get any in the pack. Whenever I contact support about this even though I spent money I'm told sorry for the inconvenience and we passed it on to someone else. Does that mean someone's going to get back to me or I'm just getting the "aaaaannnnd its gone" from them.

Also I am pretty much lost when it comes to this forum thing obviously. Only have had to be here for the past couple days. I have screenshots of my card amount and the pack information but I see no way here to add them to the post. I see pictures in other posts so it must be possible. Thank you for the help. I'm not trying to be difficult I'm just trying to play the game and get what I paid for. I very much rather be playing and not be here but it seems the only place to get some help. Thanks.

Visitors aren't guaranteed. It is a guarantee you get 10 of ONE of the cards listed, which COULD be visitors.

Now that what I didn't understand as the pack closed on me before I could look at it. I just went back into my cards and didn't see the visitors. If you look at the pack promotion page it says guaranteed. I looked at the other promotional pack King under the mountain and on that one it says one of the following. On the target practice promotion it doesnt say that it just says guaranteed cards.

Another teammate was saying he didn't get them either so that's why I posted this here.

Now I just looked at the pack promotion again and its changed. I had taken a screenshot and it just said guaranteed cards.
Now is says 10x one of the following. So I was right that it said you were getting them. @ Armageddon08.

I see its changed now and I know if I got the cards you'd have a bazillion demands for the card. I'll try my luck again I guess. Thanks again.

Can you post the screenshot? If it said that at the time of purchase and you did not receive them, then that is false advertisement, even if the ad was a mistake.
