missing pvp pack *steve,buck,toller please help* | Forums

I was just playing challenge mode and hit my 3rd win on 2/5 phones with netted me my pvp pack. I clicked open pack (because it always defaults to that screen before going back to challenge mode after a win for some reason) and watched it turn back into 45 to refresh. Played another challenge match and since i was on a win streak and it was broken, decided Id exit challenge mode and assumed my pvp pack would pop back up and even restarted the game. I never got that pvp pack. I even went into my card inventory and noticed no new epics, legendaries, materials, etc. I really think i lost this pack. Please help! sorry if there was a post i should have posted this on im new to the forums but not the game.

Hey so my bug was similar it went like this

1. I had 3 pvp points
2. I fought a game in which I beat the new kid, then 2 seconds later he killed my new kid
3. the message that appeared was defeat
4. it said that I could claim my pack but clicking the button did nothing
5. finally I played another game to see what teh bug was about, then the pvp pack cooldown appeared and I didn't get any cards

This is something we're looking into. If it's ok, can I collect some data for the team? Can you all let me know what devices you're playing on, as well as what OS you have running on them?
