    Damaged statue

    Anyone know how to return this POS? My Spartan edition box and statue came damaged. I've already opened multiple cases about 5 different things. Anyone getting any responses back?

    Really disappointed in this game. All the way around. Their customer service sucks. The chat isn't even working!

    At least you got it.. My tracking shows invalid on mine. And since they're sold out I'm not even sure replacement is possible unless they fire up the manufacturing.
    Its been 2 days here...no word from ubi or ups

    I have created a ticket. No word

    I created one ticket that had three or four different issues on it and only got a response about the delivery of my item. Have not heard anything else I have multiple tickets open and cannot get anything fixed4

    I got my Pantheon edition and it was missing the spear for Alexios. I made a ticket in the beginning of the week and still haven't heard from them, been escalated though.

    Please note that making multiple tickets slows down the process. If you have issues relating to the same matter please reopen the same ticket with further information.
