    Didn't receive Helix credits

    I bought Helix credits few hours ago,but still not receive them.When I play Origins the Helix credits receive immediately,why Odyssey take it so long?
    This is my Order ID: 32868793
    Please add in my game as soon as possible.

    That's a bummer! But you're ALREADY paying for skins? Guess somebody wants that Pegasus / Spartan Renegade pack real bad

    I'm sure Ubi will remedy this issue asap. Keep us posted!

    Can you make a support ticket via https://support.ubi.com/ with a copy of your proof of purchase e-mail then send me the case number, i'll check into it

    Can you assist me, as well? Already filed case, here is the number: 07150575

    Also, another case for in game ubisoft store not allowing purchase of helix credits and ubisoft club not opening when selected in game. Case number for this is: 07150609.

    Ubi now saying they have no idea when helix issue will be resolved, and that the matter has been forwarded on. What a relief! That makes matters infinitely better/tolerable! Lethal level of sarcasm here. They should sell Mickey Mouse dolls in their store- as that is how they run their company (when viewed through support lenses.)

    Helix issues

    C'mon guys We have been waiting for a resolution of the issue when buying helix through steam, its been more than a month. Do you at least have an update of what is happening and an estimated time to resolve the issue, why publishing all that stuff in social media when you can't even let you CUSTOMERS buy the in-game content. Does not make sense.

    I'm getting the same lack of results and dismissive "Support" response.

    Purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey 12-24-2018 going by the most current sales advertisements. Smoke and mirrors.
