The big green military helicopter gave me feeling yesterday.

So yesterday I was playing coop with some new random players I ended up having a real fun time and adding as friends.

As we took on the missions and usually spread out and used our individual tactics to aid eachother and accomplish the missions, one of us would normally pilot a helicopter and come pick up the rest of the team when it was tactical to do so, sometimes it'd be a rescue pick up, maybe reviving and extracting a downed team member or it was simpy to rally up the whole team after a mission.

At one point especially we literally set this whole little town on fire while defending a radio broadcast, when the broadcast was complete we all pulled out from the town that was buzzing with enemies.

This is where I was running over this field, both excited to having completed the acticity and getting out alive from that hot zone on extreme difficulty, I saw this blackhawk coming in from over a hill and going into a complete hover in the location I was heading to, my team member piloted the helicopter into hovering right above the ground just as I reached it, I cant descibe this exact scene, but it was almost cinematic, I got into the helicopter and sat into a chair with my whole team already inside, taking off to our next mission and extracting from the hot zone.

We do all spend our fair amount of time in the helicopters, especially players who like to play the game more realisticly and not fasttravel everywhere, what would have enhanced this experience and add some real character to the game would have been small things like an animation such as your partner already inside the back of the blackhawk would have "given you a hand" and pulled me in as I entered the chopper, and I wish I could have had a "first person view" option from inside the helicopter when seated and chatting with my team, seeing their gear and weapons, like this game has such great customization options but you usually never get to see anything up close in detail so this would be an ideal moment to just marvel at each players unique look and outfitting, the team talked a lot during our missions and it was what made it all so fun, pretty much all just joking and bashing eachother, if anyone remember the helicopter scene from the predator movie, that is basically the feeling I had during this play. and small tweaks like this would really add to the game.

If anyone played metal gear solid V and remember how much you used the helicopter and how much feeling it added to the game you know what I am talking about, wildlands has that plus it's fully pilotable, I just wish there was some more interaction with it such as a first view with free look from inside the chopper, and oh boy it wouldnt hurt with a stereo blasting out some "psy op" music like wagner or whatever when your team is coming for your rescue or you decide to go in guns blazing.

Having the ability to stock up on ammo and change equipment while inside the chopper or through some other interaction would be a cool immersive feeling a a reason to keep the blackhawk around with your team. Perhaps also have stuff like spotting can be greatly improved or more effective from aboard the helicopter.

And also, PSY OP music tracks!

And having the ability to change or customize the vehicles to some extent would be awesome, having a black helicopter for night missions would be awesome.

I feel as if the handling has been improved, is that the case, it seems a bit more fluid and realistic, I hope for further polish, nothing like seeing a realisticly behaving helicopter flying in to take you out/pick you up
