I'm starting this thread because although there are similar threads out there, I have yet to find one that's specifically related to my issue. I am running R9 290x (x2) Crossfire and is having seizure inducing flickering on weapon sights and weird colors/artifacts on said weapon sights and every now and again flickering of the map/characters. I have tried all different things including reinstalling old and new graphic drivers and windows drivers, AFR Friendly mode, vsync, etc. There are only two things that seem to completely fix the problem which is,
1. Disabling Crossfire but I lose significant FPS
2. Going to the settings within the game and having "Resolution Scale" from "1" and having it go up all the way to "2" at the cost of a lot of FPS.
I've literally spent the last two weeks searching every forum I can find in order to fix this but to no avail and I feel as though this game is becoming increasingly unplayable due to this issue. Please help.
Here is an example of my issue. When I tried screenshotting it from the computer itself, the picture came out looking fine so I had to take it on my phone.
Hey there, I've reported this issue up. Thanks for those details!
Sounds great thank you! I hope it's something that can be resolved soon.Originally Posted by ubi--unicorn Go to original post

This problem has gotten worse after the hot fix for me. It used to take a minute before those effects would show but now it's immediate. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that does anything. Will report back after.
Sigh...I spent all day redownloading the entire game and it's still incredibly persistent. Might just have to give this game a break until it's fixed.
