I like a lot of your suggestions including the "none" option for the backpack and weapon slots. I would be cool to play out scenarios without any weapons and have to scavenge to get what you need. .....or limit yourself to just a sidearm, one primary, etc.

Rappelling would also be really nice. ......perhaps even a grappling hook so we can scale buildings, rock faces, etc.?

Tac lights are a definite must, I agree.

I feel a feature that should be added is giving the Santa Blanca Lt to call backup to your next location to set an ambush. That and random patrols.

Suppression effect to be added along with lowering AI accuracy. And compass
