How do we unlock platinum medals on Trials Rising this time around? | Forums

Do we have to get a platinum medal on a track to make platinum medals available on all tracks because I played the BETA and got a platinum medal on a track and made platinum medals available on every track
or
Do we have to get the trials trophy (clear all hard tracks) to make platinum medals available on every track like on previous trials games?

Because I unlocked platinum medals on every track by getting a platinum medal on a track on the BETA.
So how do we unlock platinum medals this time?
Do we use the same method to unlock platinum medals like on previous trials games or not?
