Todas conquistas foram bloqueadas,no Ghost Recon,Farcry 5 e The division. | Forums

Hoje reinstalei o windows 10, e não fiz backup do save game,acreditando que tudo estava bem com a nuvem.
Mas pra minha surpresa todas as conquista de meus jogos foram bloqueadas.No GRW faltavam somente 4 para platinar o jogo.
E agora UBI.Oque devo fazer?

Hi x-Whitesnake-x. This forum is for English posts. It looks like you are experiencing issues with your save game. Can you please see if cloud save sync is on in Uplay? Thank you.

Yes, in my games (The Division, FarCry 5 and Ghost Recon Wildlands) are blocked all achievements, the game was almost platinum, missing only 4 achievements, 1 in the campaign, 2 narcoroad and 1 fallen ghost.
Today I was able to activate the achievements of the mode: Fallen ghosts and narco road with an old save. But the campaign coquistas do not activate.
The Division synchronized, but all the coquistas got today's date 03/10/2018.
At GRW I've started a new campaign, but it does not synchronize with the achievements.
I opened a ticket and did not receive a satisfactory answer regarding the resolution of the problem.
