    I got the same “keep an eye on your email” message in my case. I guess continued patience is required. The bonus Helix credits is nice, and I can wait a bit longer because it’s nothing TOO substantial and everything else was fine but honestly I’m curious about exactly how it happened

    where did you find the season pass code in your spartan edition? i can't even find that one in mine! checkd everything in there, but no codes anywhere, not even in the steelbook or the normal case. where is my season pass? oh and the digital bonus content is also missing.

    Still no Email for my deluxe edition code and i forgot what came in it and used some helix credits and bought one of the armors that would have came with the deluxe pack.

    @ZSTOPPI My season pass code was on a card in my steelbook.

    Spartan edition Xbox one. No deluxe code

    I also bought the spartan collectors edition from Ubisoft. I got it on the 2nd. It came with the season pass in the steelbook gold edition case. I didn’t see any code for the deluxe content. I looked through everything.

    I contacted the support since the day I got it. But no reply yet from them. It’s been about 4 days now. They said I would get a reply in 48 hours.

    It kinda sucks because you spend a lot of money but don’t get everything you paid for.

    I’ve been playing the game but I was hoping to have the xp boost so I can advance earlier in the game.

    Hopefully ubisoft sends the code soon.

    It’s been almost 2 days since I got the case message. I know they’ve been swamped by the DDoS attack and the usual post-launch craze, but I’d really like my code soon. Especially considering people that paid less than me and got the game well after I did have it now

    Athenian weapons pack preorder bonus

    My pre order was supposed to come with both the blind king additional mission and the athenian weapons pack. My retailer gave me two codes which were to be redeemed on uplay. The one for the blind king sent me a code to redeem on the ps4 but the code for the athenian weapons pack said I would receive an email after at the release date. Nothing arrived so I emailed customer services and they said its something which is being looked into and to keep an eye on the fixed issues forum thread. It sounds like there are people with much more valuable content missing.

    I agree, this is starting to get irritating....

    Ubisoft, where is our content? There was a reason for the order. It's been nearly 48 hours. I have nearly 17 hours of play time without the booster that were suppose to come with my Spartan pack. Where is our content?
