    i have to admit i have not been having the same problems as a lot of people seem to be having in regards to crashes and the like.

    What i am having a problem with though is the pre-order bonus items. i go into the game and open the store and click on owned along the top of my screen and can see all the items and it says owned underneath them just fine, i press down the space bar to link them to my account and it asks for Activation code, problem is this. i was never sent an activation code for these items so i cannot claim them at all.

    Pre-ordered Assassin's Creed® Odyssey - Ultimate Edition on07/07/2018 after seeing it at E3.

    pre loaded just fine and on the 2/10/2018 could access the game just fine.

    I'm in the exact same boat. I am disappointed that ordering this through Ubisoft has turned out to be such a headache. I feel like I shouldn't play it until all of the content is available, like I'd be missing out. A real bummer for the price tag...

    Same here - Spartan Edition, XB1

    Yep, same issue here. Though feeling lucky my spartan edition arrived, given the shipping issues they are reporting.

    But bottom line, game only game with Season Pass code. In my Add-Ons tab in the game, I see Season Pass, The Secrets of Greece and The Blind King.

    What is missing is the Deluxe Edition Pack content - Per the UbiSoft page, that's the Kronos Pack, the Herald of Dusk pack, the Capricornus Naval Pack, and XP and Drachmae boosts.

    All of these items ARE in the store, but purchasable for Helix Credits. The first three add up to 1200 Helix, while the XP and Drachmae boost pack is 1500 Helix. That's 2700 helix, or about $25 US to purchase enough Helix to get all of these. So there is DEFINITELY a reason to want these included for no additional cost, as promised.

    UPDATE: Just spoke with a chat agent. They said what others have reported - that they have received multiple reports of people not receiving these codes, and that their development team is looking into it. They said I would be contacted through their case system when a resolution is in place. Just FYI.

    Been a day and nothing on the digital deluxe code or items, should of saved money and just went to Gamestop or ordered the ultimate and saved a ton of money and got all my stuff. Don’t think I will make this mistake again

    So found out I have the missions and I have de deluxe stuff the deluxe stuff appears at the start the missions appears after the start credticronly the dubble xp I haven't found yet.

    Day one: No word yet on ETA. People grow restless as the Ubi Devs try to figure things out while people wait for what they paid for.

    Yeah the only code I had in my game/box/etc... was the season pass. no deluxe code, nothing when I installed and downloaded the DLC. I am well into the game now and still nothing, so it's not something that shows up later. The reason I got the Spartan Edition was for the deluxe content and all the other content. With this game franchise, I like to get everything available. Now I wished that I had gotten the GameStop version.
