I’ve had my case opened since October 2nd. Spartan edition. Not a single response. Not an email. I’ve sent 2 more follow ups just to see if I get a response. Nothing at all.

I’ve been playing the game. At level 9 now. I’m trying not to play too much, hoping the codes would be in by now.

This really sucks.

I today found out I am missing "The Blind King" from my game. I preordered from the official Ubistore and did not get a code for the mission. Only for Season Pass and The Secrets of Greece. Did anyone get their Blind King afterwards or did I do something wrong? Like, do we have to download it from the Store or something...

i did not have a separate code for the blind king either. check your downloads to see if it is there. My copy only had the season pass and gave me both secrets of greece and blind king. i ordered the spartan edition and still waiting on the rest of my content.

Two weeks since the game came out and still do not have my deluxe pack. What is going on Ubi? Do i need to reverse the charge for the game?

2 weeks after launch and “keep an eye on your email,” 4 days after others started getting their codes, and I STILL haven’t received mine. I’m not frustrated anymore, I’m kinda getting pissed off. This should never have even happened, let alone taken this long to correct.

if you guys are after the deluxe edition items did you try the "OWNED" tab under the in game store?

Press "I" to go in your inventory then press "T" to go to store, followed up the "OWNED" tab.

I found the Spartan Starter Pack items there.

since the reply button doesn't bring anything up have to do it without quoting you but no ArachnidiaC thats not our problem. Nothing is in the owned tab because we didnt get codes and 2 weeks later are still waiting on them

This is beyond stupid and has honestly ruined the whole game for me. I REALLY hope they have their **** together by March for TD2. I'm pretty much done with this game. Come on Fallout76. Ubisoft, you dropped the ball on this one. And there is no redemption for this at this point.
