@Ubi-QuB3 - Would it be possible to look into this again for us and get us an update? Being the Community Manager here, I'm hoping you could help on our behalf? This is pretty crazy for it to be a week now and nothing beyond an email saying "Codes are coming". Really appreciate it!

@markinlodi They won't have any more information then the people in customer support. I'm starting to realize they are taking their time with this and just don't care. In fact I think it's safe to assume their just gonna sweep this under the rug and steal our money in broad daylight.

Well if they do sweep it under the rug I can always just chargeback the amount that the deluxe edition costs.

@Hawke0325 Heh. Guess I haven't reached that level of pessimism yet (though can definitely understand it). Ubisoft has always done right by me over many, many years and haven;t let me down yet. I'm still holding out hope that they will come through and perhaps include the Permanent XP and Drachmae Boosts as thank you's instead of token Helix credits (or at least enough Helix to buy both). I realize that's wishful thinking, but still would be nice. We'll see.

Check with me again in a week and I might be distributing pitch forks...

Meh they had a issue last year with origins with late ce shipments and they sent digital codes while I waited. **** happens people you can’t plan everything

Still no code. So we get a paltry 500 Helix credits for waiting over a week to get something that we paid in advance for. Ubi, you have freakin’ sucked over the last year. On my end; Origins and now Odyssey have both been late and add this on top of it. No excuses, this is crap.
