I haven’t got the season pass but have everything else from the ultimate edition. I bought it on PlayStation on the PlayStation store, I have an email proving this, the account linked is my actual uplay account that I for some reason can’t access with my email address, which instead brings me to this strange account. The uplay account that is linked is DaTrouserFiddle, which was my attempt at fitting my PSN name into my account on uplay. There’s an r at the end. Really need some help with this, it’s infuriating paying £80 odd for something and not getting half of what you’ve paid for.
Remember that Ubisoft does not create these codes. If for some reason they were actually forgotten - and yes I completely hold Ubisoft responsible for that - then they have to contact Microsoft and Sony and have the codes created and sent to them. If there's a good point, it's that according to the store (at least the Xbox one) the Deluxe Content Pack is showing there, so they shouldn't have to create a new package and get it approved by MS/Sony QA teams. UNLESS they're trying to REPACKAGE it with the Helix "sorry" credits included and then that COULD take longer. Not making excuses for them - this is most likely a marketing or manufacturing screw up that someone should be paying the price for at Ubisoft.
Also, received a reply from support asking for a direct number or email to use since they said they couldn't help me. Here is their response:

I'm glad there are enough games being released next month that I don't have to worry about being vested into this long term! Come on Fallout 76! At this point with how they are handling this I will probably just finish the story line and let it collect dust. Ubisoft dropped the ball hard down the hill with this one. I'm beyond disappointed at this point...
