I just got done on a live chat with support. Their response was today through the next few days. They don't have an ETA, they are inly technical support and have don't have access to any codes.

Has anybody got an email yet for the codes? I understand they had a problem but I believe it's been enough time to fix the old issue now.

@Gambitbolt thanks I'm planning to do the same. I've been looking at my email every hour on the hour and I'm getting sick of it. The helix credits better be big cause it has been WAY TO LONG. They say keep an eye on my email but good God for how long?!

At this point I basically wasted $20 since by the time they give us the content I'll be level 50. Hopefully they give us a nice helix pack and not the $5 pack.

Exactly the same here, got the blind king code but the weapon pack just said it will come later.

As of this morning (Oct 7th), still no email. I’m only about 10 hours in, level 8. I understand that problems come with launch, but an issue like this is pretty silly. If Ubisoft just included the deluxe pack in the gold edition like with Origins this wouldn’t have been a thing. I like Ubisoft a lot, but with Odyssey I feel they were too damn greedy with having 6 different editions of the game to purchase. One being the “ultimate” which was digital only. I have a hard time spending $120 on digital... that’s the main reason I went with Spartan edition.

Anyways, hopefully we get codes soon. And hopefully future releases aren’t this fumbled.

Who else is hoping the credit pack is 10 to 20 dollars? I mean I feel like that's what they owe us considering it's been 5 days going on a week here soon so they should owe us big else give us a refund.
