I know they're working to resolve this issue, I'm just putting my order in with the others. I ordered the Spartan edition for X1 and didn't get a code for the deluxe content in my case. I did get my season pass and dlc though. Order # 30141121_73923

Just wanted to update that I still haven’t received any response to my customer support case about not receiving the deluxe pack with my spartan edition on Xbox 1.

Last year when Origins came out, I preordered the dawn of the creed edition and it got delayed. So they sent me a digital code of the game and a lithograph separately.

@Hawke0325 at this point it had better be more then that. Tomorrow will be the 7 day I've had the game. Ive already logged in 20 hours without the booster or and of the packs they "included". I feel like they could have adressed this issue a lot sooner then what they have.

My support case updated this morning, and said that "unfortunately there is still no ETA on when we will get the code" I mean seriously guys come on! It is a bunch of numbers/letters it is not that hard to email out! I guarantee it will be the Base($4.99) pack when it comes to the Helix credits!.
If anyone reads my articles or follows me on twitter then they know I'm a HUGE Ubisoft supporter, but this is crazy! I have faith in then that they will make this right!

+1 here that didn't get the deluxe pack code. Recieved my spartan ed last Thursday. I think it was Unicorn that got back to my ticket reply yesterday and said unfortunately still hasn't been resolved yet

still waiting for an email with the code for blind king preorder bonus mission to arrive as mentioned in the email i got on the 20th of september to tell me that my alexios medallion was shipped and that the code for blindking woul b delivered to me in an email on releasedate.

This is ridiculous! Tomorrow will make a week for some that the Spartan edition has come out and still nothing?! Ubisoft get your heads out of your back ends and send those codes!

This is really getting to the point of being complete crap on Ubisoft's part. If they're busy addressing other issues, fine, let us atleast know. Don't continue to feed us open ended responses, let us know that you're adressing other issues for the quality of life in the game. I really hope these shenanigans don't happen when TD2 drops as well. I already have it pre-ordered for the DZ edition. Ubisoft throw us a bone here!
