    Ligario, please try selective start up, there are some start up programs that may cause this issue.

    AlexYu95, have you tried the basic PC troubleshooting, and created a ticket like ubi-bandicoot suggested?

    I notice that when I play in window mode, it will not crash. However, when I switched back to Fullscreen, it will crash after a few minutes. I already tried to use the lowest graphics setting but the result was still the same. Any suggestions?

    It seems like two different issues here. The first issue is crashing at the logos before getting to the main menu in full screen or windowed mode. The other issue is just random crashing minutes into the game. I've tried all updates, closing out of everything, admin mode, compatibility mode, and even downgrading my video card driver. I also ran the system file checker and re verified game files multiple times. All other recent Ubisoft games still work perfectly.

    AlexYu95, please make sure that the game is using a dedicated graphics card since you have two! Instructions here.

    yaisuah, do you have a ticket number I can look into?

    terrybull3, next step I recommend would be disabling background applications, since there were quite a few on your MSINFO. Please let me know how it goes.
