First time legendary pack not awarded | Forums

I recently reached legendary for the first time, and was so excited to receive my reward for it. A pack including cash and a wrestlers outfit. I got it on my first account and so did everyone else. But to my disappointment i did not get it on my seconds account... I check special offers, restarted the game several times over a couple of hours and still nothing.
Is this pack no longer awarded? I see no logical reason to remove it. Please help

Thanks toller. My first account has been in legendary for a long time. Atleast 5 seasons. But my second account reached it today. When first entering it was rank 7kish but since has dropped to 10k. My first thought was that it may have something to do with playing 2 accounts and perhaps "tricked" my second one into thinking i already got it.
Account in question is Urat0wel. Do you need the google play name?
