Event became unavailable after switching between adventure locked and main account | Forums

I switched back and forth between my main account and adventure locked account to rename my current in-game name and reserve my old in-game name. Afterwards, I can no longer open event icon. Collected my event rewards before I switched accounts, no harm done so far. My current in-game name is Eastern丨M3RC٠GC丨
