Incorrectly reported big pack offer - Advice please Redlynx?
Apologies for originally posting this in incorrect forum - can't see a way to move it.
Good morning, community managers.
I would like to raise an issue and get some information regarding purchase of a big offer pack.
I'm quite unhappy considering I rarely spend this much money on a game purchase (and have never bought a pack of this size in SPPD previously). And just to reassure you, no my issue does not relate to the chance of getting a legendary - I understand that 50% is a coin toss.
This is the pack in question:

So I bought this pack, obviously hoping to get Incan Craig, but also because I was looking for more lightning, fireball and especially arrow storm spells. Started clicking through the cards without paying too much attention then I hear Cartman tell me legendary so for a second I think I have Incan Craig... But then when I look it is Mecha Timmy.
I then scroll back through the cards in the pack to discover that the cards are 50% Adventure theme and 50% Sci-Fi theme.
Needless to say I am pretty unhappy because looking at the above image what it looks like you are selling to players is an Adventure themed pack. Both the title and the pack itself are decorated with the Adventure logo, and the cards displayed behind the pack are also all in the Adventure theme colour.
I did not wish to purchase any Sci-Fi cards. This is even more frustrating considering I was lucky enough to win the coin toss (get a legendary) but then this was not the one I was expecting and more importantly it was not even from the theme that I was purchasing.
Could you please explain why this has happened? Is this a bug which I have encountered which has caused me to receive half my cards in the wrong theme? Or is the pack not being advertised correctly to show customers what to expect?
Addition:
Also forgot to mention another issue with the above is it completely ruined my calculation regarding epic cards.
There are 4 cards within the Adventure theme. So by purchasing an Adventure themed pack with 10 guaranteed epic cards I can expect to get 2.5 of each card on average.
However with the addition of the 5 Sci-Fi epic cards to the potential drops, this reduces the per card average down to an awful 1.11 - something which greatly influences my purchase decision.
