The Camos still bother me (Coming from USAF Active duty)

Since the last update, I have to admit the BDUs color brightness is far better than before. In fact, you can leave it where it is right now.The rest of the camos colors and layout can certainly be improved and more variety should be added.

The DCUs bother me the most. The pattern is fine, the colors are perhaps too rich and yellowish. The colors in GRW are a bit like the water resistant Gore Tex jacket and pants I wore. Our everyday DCU shirts and pants were more faded, therefore I recommend fading the colors of the DCU in the game. The DCUs I wore in the early 2000's would be much more appropriate for GRW's Salt Flats. The current game version of the DCUs aren't really suitable for any map location.

The ABUs colors are fine in some aspects. The Crye shirt's grey torso color with the ABU stripes is annoyingly incorrect. The torso color should be the same color of the ABU's dark stripes. Example: https://kellac.com/abu-combat-shirt-crew-neck-non-fr/

The Blue NWUs could be slightly darker and richer. It's also missing some dark blue, almost black blotting in the camouflage as well. My current duty station is a Joint Base installation where Marines, Navy, and Air Force all share the same base. So I'm familiar with their colors as well. The torso color on the Crye shirts for the blue NWUs are also way too bright of a blue. The torso color should be a darker navy. Example: https://tacticalgear.com/tru-spec-po...98/2538,9660/1

The multicam colors should be darker as well. GRW ball cap equipped with the multicam pattern is the correct tone and should be the copied settings for the multicam for all of the other articles of clothing in the game.

I can go on in correcting other camos, but I'm running short on time. It would be great if Ubisoft offers more camos and colors for uniforms in the near future. Particularly camos from other nations as well as more urban camos. Colors that could be added for uniforms would be sage green (slightly more grayish than the olive green) and khaki (lighter than the current tan options).

I completely agree. When it was stated that "some" of the solid/pattern options would be "fixed", I was hoping they would address the Multicam weapon paint. In reality, there might be a slight discrepancy between a paint and a textile, and even between textiles of varying composition (ie. NyCo and Nylon). However, in-game, the Multicam weapon paint is so radically off from the Multicam textile that it should be relabeled as from a completely different climate zone.

U.S. 3 Color Desert is similar in that the weapon paint is ridiculously bright. So much so, in fact, that you could make the analogy that if you painted a light bulb in the U.S. 3 Color Desert scheme, and then turned the light bulb on... THAT'S how the U.S. 3 Color Desert weapon paint appears in-game.

If changes WERE made, I didn't notice.

As you mentioned, the discrepancies are numerous. The olives are still turquoises. The existing gray green is 'off' from a true sage or smoke green. The coyote is too orange. Et cetera. Et cetera.

When a colour scheme is 'nailed'/correct, copy and paste it across all three materials (Paint, Gear, BDUs) and:
    Paint > Reference point, flat
Gear > +5% Reflectivity (or however you label your 'wet' look)
    BDUs > -5 to -10% Reflectivity, -5 to -10% Saturation

True, Klay. However, they did acknowledge the issue and claimed that [at least some of] it would be corrected in the update. The fact that players are still discontent indicates that whatever remediation took place has gone unnoticed or is otherwise insignificant. Moreover, the fact that they were willing to remediate indicates a willingness to potentially remediate again.

I, myself, consider this to be a significant issue. I don't believe camo patterns are subject to artistic interpretation. While from one perspective, a player can downplay the virtual representation, attributing it to the creator's color blindness, time constraints, or other incompetence... from another perspective, it can be, insulting.

BTW, I personally mentioned the Multicam weapon paint (esp. its extreme variance from the Multicam textile) as the worst offender, given that Multicam has the highest cross-compatibility in the region. Which were you referring to when you mentioned "the worst"?

Personally, its the crye precision pants that irritate me to no end. I don't know how you end up with silver and neon green on any of the patterns, but evidently Ubi thought it fit. This was what I was hoping for when they claimed they were fixing certain camos. However, as mentioned before, this has been wrong since launch so I don't have any hope in them ever intending to fix this. They could even just cover the elastic solid colored parts with the selected pattern itself, as that is what the G3 Crye Combat Pant actually looks like. Either way, there is quite a bit that you could either knit pick at or on the other end of the spectrum, have to be blind to miss, that is wrong with the colors and patterns.

LOL Yeah. The stretch panels. Apparently it was LSD Day in the coloring wing.

That should be an EASY fix, though... so I don't see any rational explanation as to why it wouldn't be.
