    I am getting the same error. I have reinstalled the game twice, put it on multiple different drives that I have, verified files multiple times, ran the EAC repair tool, uninstalled the EAC, tried running as admin, but none of this has worked at all.

    Just to confirm you checked all the steps in this EAC support article? If so it may be best you reach out to them by creating a ticket using the link at the end of that page.
