Lets get system specs out the way.
Ryzen 1700x 8 core at 3.8Ghz
MSI Duke OC 1080ti OC'd
32GB 2800 DDR4 ram
1080p resolution.
Hey guys, I've been having very low fps since I bought the game yesterday. I'm getting 40ish fps in game, all ultra settings on.
I'm getting 53% CPU utilization and only 63% GPU. The recommended geoforce experience profile for my system is exactly what I'm running, fully maxed out.
Other games are running great and I'm not sure what the issue is.
Here's my settings:

Bro, these dudes don't know wtf their doing. I wish I could say I'm wrong. Ubisoft, feel free to chime in. I've posted my findings on this matter and not a word about it. I've tried every kind of troubleshooting there is.
Demoncamber,
The best advice even though this is a fault of the game itself, is to download DDU. Boot into safe mode, run the recommended settings. Reinstall latest Nvidia driver. Make sure your power settings are on high performance. If that doesn't fix it, you can thank Ubisoft. Btw.. I have two 1080ti's and the same problem. Anything I do to squeeze out a few more frames are only temporary.
Btw.. if you want a another option to check performance to see if there's a system issue. Download user benchmark I think its called. If you see anything under performing such as RAM, that could be a problem. Also, check errors on ram.
To further drive the point, I edited SLI profile to far cry 3. Guess what happened? 99% on both but seemed really jerky. So... If these dudes wanted to fix it, they would. Consoles are most likely to blame but no excuse.
Sad
My system is 100% optimal, I frequently overclock and tune ram timings and have thoroughly checked stability via stress testing on all my hardware. So I know it's not that.
There's something very wrong with this game though that's for sure. Do you also have Watch Dogs 2? Another title that I get pretty low fps for no reason. Must be the same issue though since they were both released fairly around the same time. Thanks for the help though!
I'm glad they seem to be pushing the envelope in graphical fidelity, that part is great, but it is NOT optimized as well as it should be, that's for sure.
Have you played around with ram speed? Have you tried different profiles on inspector?
Yeah, can't get my memory over 2800. So tightened timings instead.
I don't actually use inspector but I forgot all about that program, until you triggered my memory and I downloaded it. Good stuff.
Hey demoncamber. Have you tried the general PC troubleshooting listed here? Let me know how it goes.
Yes I've tried everything. Fullscreen on off, vsync on off, latest drivers, specific wildlands config suggestions on the forum, etc. All my other games perform flawlessly.
If you've tried the troubleshooting it might be best if you create a ticket on our support site with your dxdiag and msinfo: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/0...ag-and-Msinfo/
We will be able to look into this further with that information.
