A devgru pack in a game about Army Special Forces? Where there's even in game jokes at the expense of squids? Nah, hard pass, a Delta Force pack would make more sense. Then again, everything you need is already in game.
1. Crye Shirt and pants in multicam in AOR 1 (or just wear plain clothes)
2. Crye JPC in multicam
3. FAST helmet with nods.
4. HK416
5. Just need a Glock in game....
Yeah, pretty much nothing a Tier 1 operator carries is standard issue. There is a reason that they are called NSWDG, they test and develop tactics and load outs. Same with CAG in the army, they test and develop Combat Applications. Those are at least their "peace time" roles. You pretty much carry what you like. Though there are some things that tend to be somewhat universal, like everyone is going to be carrying an AR platform. Why? Because despite what you have in game the mags from a M4 work in a HK416 and a R5 RGP ect. The lowers on those all match. So if a guy goes down you can scrounge ammo from him.Originally Posted by VirtualRain1 Go to original post
Pistols(secondary weapons) and knives(tertiary weapons) are entirely at the individuals discretion. If you run through all the ammo that you are carrying for your pistol, you, and your team are truly borked.
Now if I were going to be acting like the ghosts do in game and sneak around and shoot people with a pistol, I would want a .45 because it is subsonic round, and so no supersonic pop/whiz of the bullet to alert nearby folk. Though honestly if I were going to be sneaking around killing people, I would just use an MP7, that is what it designed for, and my pistol still wouldn't have a silencer, it would only be there in case things went seriously sideways.
The HK45c isn't a USP it is a pistol that Larry Vickers and Ken Hackahthorn(both Delta vets) came up with and pitched to HK...
My suggestion includes stuff that’s already available... in the hopes they might actually do it with very little effort. But even with that, it seems like a pipe dream with the way Ubi does things. They must have one guy doing Wildlands fixes and updates on his lunch break. There’s clearly very little dev effort going into the game at this point.Originally Posted by nyleken Go to original post
