    This is a thread about sharing your "secret" for losing weight. So feel free in sharing what helps you lose weight so others can benefit and also lose weight.

    I'll go first: I maintain my normal body weight by eating only 2 moderate meals a day(breakfast and dinner) and exercising for 15 minutes on a daily basis. This works for me.

    I started by doing the workouts with UFC Personal Trainer until it screwed up my stats and then I moved over to Your Shape. I work out 4-5 times a week for 15-30 minutes and cut back on my calories each day. I only eat 2,000 calories a day. Added walking in for cardio and worked my way up to five miles each day on the weekend. So far I've lost 45 lbs since July.

    Calorie counting is a must, I started my diet in February 2010 and I’ve lost over 100 lbs now, I use a few free web site to log my food, “MyNetDiery” and “MyFitnessPal” are the main sites I use.
