Dual weilding? micke3, I understand you. You want more fun.....But it's much deeper than you think! It will be the major issue for the developers, in the nearest future - how to combine Fun and Realism without damaging each other! How to develope a game, closer to reality, but without spoiling Fun. In what proportion! Where is this fine line when one begins to spoil the other. This is exactly what Rockstar is doing today. They are trying to find that line. That thin line - for GTA 6! GTA 5 was very succesful game. 6 billions profit speaks for itself. Phenomenon! And the game was, roughly speaking, about Fun. Now RDR2 is coming.....and the game will be about Realism. Rockstar developers attentively watching.....how thier innovations and realism development will work. How gamers will receive it. In order to use these realism development in GTA 6. In this case RDR2 is looking more like some kind of test.....final Test before Rockstar main goal - GTA 6! GTA 6 should be a step forward, real step forward in game industry - breakthrough. What profit Rockstar expects now? May be 10 billion, who knows?! And they try to find that thin line - between Fun and Realism. There should be no errors. GTA 6 and its profit at stake! So.....Far Cry developers also should try to find that thin line between Fan and Realism but for Far Cry Universe!

Far Cry 6 should avoid mistakes also! Far Cry 3 - 2012, Far Cry 4 - 2014, Far Cry 5 -2018.....More probably Far Cry 6 - (2020 - 2022). Far Cry 3 and GTA 5 were released in 2012. Their ways crossed in 2012, in the same year of release. And Far Cry 3 didn't lose face! Ways of two games will cross again. But now with number 6. GTA 6 and Far Cry 6. Symbolically!

Use of dual wielding would undoubtedly not be forced, and having more options isn't a bad thing. Don't like dual wielding? Just don't pick up a 2nd pistol, "problem" solved.

Yes, September (2013) and November (2012). But that was not the point. They were both annaunced in 2011 and were developing at the same time. So.... it's not obvious that they will be realeased the same year, as GTA 6 and Far Cry 6. But they will be developing at the same time again. In parallel. And if Far Cry 6 releases after GTA 6 requirements for the game will increase! Increase greately. Or Far Cry 6 should skip before that monstrous train called GTA 6! Developers should take it into consideration.
