High CPU Usage Low GPU Usage | Forums

Hello everyone,

Look i'll be honest I gave up trying to find a solution and this is my last resort. so please help me.

First of all my specs are:

i5-7500 3.4 GHz
GTX 1060 6GB Vram
8G RAM 2400 MHz

Whenever I try to play this game my CPU usage is always 95% for the game alone which means 100% always and I know this isn't a bad thing , it means that the CPU is working fully for the game but the problem is my GPU is around 40-60 only! now I am sure that my GPU is way better than my CPU but that is not the case.
My brother has the exact same rig the only difference is that he has a i5-7600k (not overclocked). and his GPU usage is 99-100% and CPU is around 70-80% and his game runs much smoother than me.

Also there is this youtube video which demonstrates the exact same thing , High GPU usage and Low CPU usage and his game runs smoother than mine as well.


I literally just formatted my PC and reinstalled windows hoping that it might fix the problem but it did not.
